Trail Length: 4.4 miles one way
Difficulty: Easy
Trailhead: 1.6 mile up Right Hand Fork in Logan Canyon , stay to the left at the first junction and follow the Willow Creek trail—GPS: N41°46′656″ W111°37′164″
Elevation Start/Gain: 5600 feet/1920 feet
Route: "This pleasant hike is a short and easy trip up one of the side canyons off Right Hand Fork, and [gives] the possibility of [taking] longer loop [hikes]. This is a segment of the Great Western Trail."
Start hiking along the Willow Creek trail. "In about 0.4 mile... turn right (south) into Ricks Canyon.... After 0.8 mile Steel Hollow comes in from the left and you continue straight (south)."
Besides returning the same way, return "down Steel Hollow,... or [go west past] Herd Hollow/Cowley Canyon (FR 047) intersection, over to Richards Hollow" (in Blacksmith Fork Canyon, requiring a car shuttle).
