Trail Length: 2 miles one way

Difficulty: Easy

Trailhead: 1.7 miles from the Temple Fork turnoff which is 15 miles up Logan Canyon (0.4 miles beyond the Blind Hollow trailhead)—GPS: N41*49'590" W111*34'518")

Elevation Start/Gain: 6000 feet/850 feet

Route: Spawn Creek "can be reached from Temple Fork Road. [The road] is suitable for passenger cars to the Hunsaker Corral Trailhead near Mud Flat,... about 5 miles. [This and the Temple Fork Sawmill Trail are] popular cross-country ski trails in the winter. Both hikes are easy and relatively short and just right for an evening summer hike. The Forest Services relocated the Temple Fork road above the stream in 1999 to protect the streambed. This is a segment of the Great Western Trail....
